High-Speed Reel-to-Sheet Cutter

The ZNCM high-speed computerized servo-driven paper sheeter is a high-precision cutting machine designed for mid-to-high-end paper processing needs. Utilizing servo drives and a computerized control system, it is suitable for the stable, high-speed sheeting of various paper types ranging from 50 to 550 gsm.

The machine features a configuration with a rotary upper knife and a stationary lower knife; the cut length is adjustable between 450 mm and 1500 mm, with a maximum speed of 350 cuts per minute and a cutting precision of ±0.3 mm, effectively balancing efficiency with product consistency.

Key electrical control and drive components—including Siemens PLCs, INVT servo systems, and NSK bearings—ensure stable and reliable operation. Integrated functions such as automatic tension control, static elimination, automatic counting and tab insertion, and automatic paper jogging and stacking minimize manual intervention and enhance production continuity.

Operation is centrally managed via a human-machine interface (HMI), and maintenance is straightforward, making the equipment ideal for large-scale, long-term, and stable production in paper processing enterprises.
