This production line is a high-speed extrusion lamination line speed up to 250m/min. It is suitable for the production of LDPE, PP, and other coating-grade materials to laminate woven sacks, non-woven fabric, and other materials as base materials. It is widely used in the production of pharmaceutical film, food packaging film, printing and office packaging, engineering and construction packaging, and other composite flexible packaging materials. Mainly designed for Woven Sack Laminating coating.
Machine Highlights
- Intelligent Control System: The unit utilizes a PLC-based HMI control system supporting process parameter presetting, fault self-diagnosis, and remote monitoring. It enables fully automated operation across the entire process—from unwinding, extrusion coating, and lamination to rewinding—thereby minimizing manual intervention and enhancing production stability.
- Dynamic Tension and Edge Guiding: Equipped with an automatic tension control system and photoelectric/infrared edge guiding devices, the unit ensures smooth substrate transport at high speeds, reducing material loss due to stretching and preventing edge misalignment.
- High-Speed Rewinding and Non-Stop Roll Changing: The rewinding section employs high-speed synchronous technology for large-diameter rolls, supporting automatic cutting, roll changing, and shaft loading/unloading. This facilitates continuous operation without downtime, significantly boosting production efficiency.
- Substrate Versatility: Compatible with extrusion coating resins such as PP, PE, and EVA, and capable of laminating various substrates—including woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, paper, and aluminum foil—to meet the packaging requirements of diverse industries.
